Salamul Strolghino produs de Terre Ducali vine intr-un ambalaj de cadou cu tocator din lemn masiv si cutit.
Strolghino este un salam deosebit, deorece se produce din muschiul de la Prosciutto di Parma. Se matureaza doar 15 zile, ceea ce il face sa fie moale, cu gust delicat. Se recomanda a fi servit proaspat, cand este foarte moale, alaturi de crutoane si vin rosu.

With the aim of offering excellent products of high quality to our customers we use a breeding farm under our control, the so called “di suini a ciclo chiuso” where the farmers breed and rear pigs, putting attention to all the aspects connected to feeding and raising of the animals, together with the experience and tradition in the curing process.
