The gourmet organic aromatic oils from Quattrociocchi are a must-try. Specially fused with red chili peppers during the crushing of the olives, this oil is made exclusively from olives grown on their organic farm in Alatri from the Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio varieties and is perfect for adding a spicy kick to any dish. Try this oil drizzled over pizza, pastas, Asian noodles or anything else that needs some flavorful heat.
